White Water Kayaking
Throughout the winter months we regularly paddle rivers locally and across South Wales. During the summer months we stilTrips include:

Grade 2 trips such as on the Exe and Barle

Grade 3 trips such as the loop on the River Dart

Family camping weekend at Symmonds Yat

Weekend away in Brecon

Weekend in Treweryn in the summer

Summer trips to the Cardiff International White Water Centre

We offer access to white water coaching to our members who want to progress including having members able to offer the White Water Award.
Coastal/ Sea Kayaking
We have a group of kayakers who along with white water kayaking can often be found out on the coast in all kinds of conditions. From calm summer days to rock hopping in more choppy conditions.

We make use of coastal locations across Dorset and the wider South West including each year having a coastal paddling weekend.
​
Each year we also hold a kayak surfing weekend in Cornwall.
Rivers & Open Water
With a range of rivers and open water environments locally in Dorset and further afield we regularly undertake a range of trips. Some of the highlights of these include:

- Portland Harbour and the Fleet
- Christchurch Loop and Harbour
- Exploring different areas of the River Stour
Kayak Coaching and Training
As a club we are lucky enough to have a number of coaches who provide ongoing development for our members as well as introducing newer paddlers to the sport.

We are lucky enough to be able to provide training courses such as:
- PaddleUK Discover and Explore Awards
- Paddle UK Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Course
- Paddle UK Personal Performance Awards
- Rolling clinics

Alongside this our coaches are able to support paddlers with tailored sessions to meet their needs.
